What routes do you cover?

We serve ALL the main airports and seaports.

How many passengers can you take?

We carry 8 passengers, but under the present COVID circumstances we are allowed to carry 6 passengers.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

When you book, you give us the flight time and number.  On the day your flight is due, we check the details and keep tabs on what is happening…

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

We’ll track your flight. We rely on you to let us know. We’ll never leave you stranded!

Do I need to wear a mask in the taxi to follow Covid-19 guidelines?

Technically taxis are not classed as public transport, so It’s not a legal requirement to wear a mask when you travel with us. But if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, that’s fine with us.  Your driver is also happy to wear a mask on request.  He will be separated from you within the vehicle by a screen – so your contact will be limited, as your comfort and safety are our absolute priorities.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

When making an advance booking, we ask for a £20 deposit to secure your date and time.  Our cancellation policy is that your money will be returned if you cancel 7 days (or more) prior to your trip.  The balancing payment is payable on or before the day of your departure and we offer fast, easy contactless payment.  Or you can pay cash on the day if that is your preference.

Are child seats available?

Your vehicle can accommodate up to 6 child seats.  We do not have our own child seats, but if you are happy to bring your own, All Ports will look after them for the duration of your trip and return them to you, upon your return.

How far in advance can I book?

We are happy to take bookings well into the future, so if you’ve got holiday’s booked, or you’re booking your holiday for next year, we just need to take a £20 deposit to secure your booking with us.

How do I pay?

There are several ways to pay. We can take credit card details over the phone or you can make a bank transfer (BACS). We use the Worldpay system so the transaction can be contactless.  We can accept cash on the day, if that suits you best.

How much luggage can we take?

The vehicle accommodates eight passengers, plus eight pieces of main luggage, as well as the standard hand luggage allowance for your flight. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to give us a call in advance.

Do you transport stag & hen parties?

We are happy to take bookings from Stags and Hens. However, we do not permit any alcohol in the vehicle. We retain the right to refuse carriage to anyone who is clearly intoxicated.

Do you cover horse racing & other events?

We regularly take parties to the Market Rasen races and we are happy to help you travel in style for events like proms and weddings.  Simply give us a call – tell us about your event and the number in your party and we’ll get you price then and there.
